Customer Success Lead

Copenhagen, Denmark or Remote  ·  Part-Time to Full-Time

We're looking for a customer success lead to help make our customers love us!

This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in a similar role, but ready and eager to take on a bigger challenge building this function from scratch in a growing B2B SaaS startup!

Supplios is a still-small (but growing!) startup in Copenhagen focused on improving how manufacturing companies manage their supply chain and work with their suppliers. It's a major problem at almost any manufacturing company -- and all the supply-chain messes of the last couple years have brought it to the forefront.

Instead of spreadsheets, emails, and lost hope, our customers use our turn-key supplier portals to move faster, improve supplier collaboration, and automate all the boring stuff that comes with running a big supply chain. We give our customers a sweet set of modern, easy-to-use tools to help them do their jobs way better -- and they tend to like us.

We're looking for someone who can build out our customer success, support and onboarding functions. Yes, that's a lot -- but we're a small team, and there's so much overlap in those functions in the early days.

Some smaller customers will use our standard features "out of the box" -- and for them, we need great onboarding material, support docs, and other things that can easily scale. But for our larger customers, we often do some light customizations and setup and work as part of onboarding, which means we need some structured processes, training, and other things that help get them going.

You'll work directly with the founder and developers to make all this happen together as a team -- everyone is very customer focused, and ready to help make you successful!

About the ideal candidate:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company doing support, customer success, sales, or other customer-facing role
  • Self-starter & self-motivated. There won't be any micro-management, sorry. But we will be around to give high-fives. (or virtual high-fives if you're remote)
  • A strong personal preference towards working in a small team and "startup environment" where everyone wears many hats, iterates quickly, welcomes customer input (which sometimes changes), and thrives without rigid structures.
  • Experience working with fairly technical products -- sometimes you'll need to help customers with configuration stuff (or do it for them) -- not necessarily coding, but still can be a bit technical.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. So you can easily understand some of the jargon of our customers.
  • Experience working with modern tools for customer support / customer success / onboarding.
  • Very willing to roll-up your sleeves and do the work. We are still small and very capital efficient, and need a team of do-ers!

Why this job is super awesome:

  • You get to take ownership of something new, with lots of responsibility, building an important part of the business from scratch.
  • Flexible working hours. Until we're big enough to hire a bunch of support reps, you'll be doing customer support -- but as long as customer response times are good, the hours are very flexible.
  • Work remote! Or from home! Or from the beach! Again, as long as customers are happy and you are productive, location does not matter.
  • Help grow a team! We'll obviously be growing over time... and as one of our early hires, you'll get to help with that -- taking a leadership role if that's what you want.
  • We're a startup -- get in early and help us build something awesome!
