Supplios is a still-small (but growing!) startup in Copenhagen focused on improving how manufacturing companies manage their supply chain and work with their suppliers. It's a major problem at almost any manufacturing company -- and all the supply-chain messes of the last couple years have brought it to the forefront.
Instead of spreadsheets, emails, and lost hope, our customers use our turn-key supplier portals to move faster, improve supplier collaboration, and automate all the boring stuff that comes with running a big supply chain. We give our customers a sweet set of modern, easy-to-use tools to help them do their jobs way better -- and they tend to like us.
We're looking for someone who can build out our customer success, support and onboarding functions. Yes, that's a lot -- but we're a small team, and there's so much overlap in those functions in the early days.
Some smaller customers will use our standard features "out of the box" -- and for them, we need great onboarding material, support docs, and other things that can easily scale. But for our larger customers, we often do some light customizations and setup and work as part of onboarding, which means we need some structured processes, training, and other things that help get them going.
You'll work directly with the founder and developers to make all this happen together as a team -- everyone is very customer focused, and ready to help make you successful!
