Setup your custom supplier portal in a few simple steps:


Create your account.

Once you've signed up, you will set the URL for your portal, enter some basic company information, and upload your logo. The initial setup takes about 5 minutes, and our onboarding team will walk you through it live, one-on-one.

Your portal will be available at for your internal team, and your suppliers — and the link with instructions will be sent to them automatically.

As a cloud-based service, no IT support is needed from your side to get started, and you have nothing to install.


Add your existing suppliers.

Supplios can be used as your system-of-record for all supplier data, or alongside your ERP system, passing data back-and-forth as needed.

But to get started with RFQs, RFPs, quality workflows, and supplier onboarding, all you need is a suppliers' name and email address.

You can add suppliers one-by-one as needed, or our team will help you bulk import from your other systems.
