What resources are required to be successful with Supplios?
Supplios is designed to be easy-to-use and to minimize the resources required to get up and running.
It is designed to be implemented and managed entirely by your internal "business" team(s), without requiring any additional IT resources unless you have more complex use cases that require integrations.
The Supplios team provides ongoing support for your internal teams, as well as for your suppliers. This offloads a significant amount of the work and resources that would traditionally be required to implement and manage a supplier portal.
And for most use cases, you can get up and running with the platform without needing any integrations with your existing systems, which further reduces the resources required to get started. However, if you do have more complex use cases that require integrations, we can work with your IT team to set those up as well.
Implementation Resources Required from Your Team
To be successful with Supplios, some extra resources will be required from your internal team during the implementation process.
The specific resources required will depend on your specific use cases, workflows, and integrations, but in general, you can expect to need the following:
- Project Sponsor: A project sponsor is a senior leader who champions the implementation of Supplios within your organization. They help to secure resources, drive adoption, and ensure that the project stays on track.
- Project Manager: A project manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation process, coordinating between teams, and ensuring that milestones are met. They work closely with the Supplios implementation team to manage timelines, resources, and communication.
- Cross-Functional Implementation Team: A team of internal stakeholders from relevant departments (procurement, quality, compliance, supply chain, IT, etc.) who work together with the Supplios implementation team to configure the platform, migrate data, and implement workflows. This team is critical to ensuring that the platform is set up in a way that meets the needs of all relevant stakeholders and that the implementation process goes smoothly.
- IT Support: Depending on the level of integration required with your existing systems, you may need support from your IT team to set up and manage integrations,as well as to assist with any technical questions or issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Supplier Engagement: Since Supplios is a supplier-facing platform, you will need to engage with your suppliers to get them set up on the platform and ensure that they are using it effectively. This may involve communication and training efforts to help suppliers understand the benefits of the platform and how to use it effectively.
