Pricing Structure Overview
There are 5 components of pricing when implementing Supplios. While this may seem confusing at first, it is actually quite simple once you understand it.
The 5 components of the pricing structure are:
- User Licenses (only your internal users affect pricing, not supplier users)
- Number of Suppliers (based on rough tiers, there is not a per-supplier fee)
- Module Fees (each module has a slightly different structure, intended to match with module usage)
- Support Plan (different levels of internal user support, supplier support, and response time based on your needs)
- Additional Add-On Features
The following sections cover additional detail on each pricing component.
Supplios also has a web-based price estimator tool that can give you a real-time estimate of your pricing based on your specific needs and use-case. Just ask a Supplios team member for a link to the price estimator, or email us at hello@supplios.com and we'll send you the link.
1. User Licenses
Supplios has two types of user licenses: Full Users and Collaborators.
Each internal user must be assigned one of these licenses, and the monthly fee is based on the number of each type of license.
| License Type | Monthly Fee | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Full User | EUR 100 / month | Full access to all modules, features, and reporting. Can own workflows, manage suppliers, and access all data. |
| Collaborator | 10x number of Full Users are included for free (additional users EUR 10 / month) | Limited access to specific modules and features as assigned. Cannot own workflows or manage suppliers. Intended for users who only need to view data or participate in specific tasks. |
Typical roles for Full Users include:
- Supplier Quality Managers / Supplier Quality Engineers
- Procurement Managers / Procurement Specialists
- Sustainability Managers / Sustainability Specialists
- Supply-Chain Compliance Managers / Compliance Specialists
Typical roles for Collaborators include:
- Engineers / R&D team members
- Operations / Manufacturing team members
- Finance team members
Discounts are available for large quantities of users, and the exact pricing can be discussed with a Supplios team member based on your specific needs and use-case.
2. Number of Suppliers
Supplios pricing is based on the number of suppliers in your account, but there is no per-supplier fee. Instead, there are rough tiers based on the number of suppliers.
Most companies will fall into one tier for the lifetime of their account based on their use-case of Supplios. For example, a company using Supplios only for direct material suppliers may have 500 suppliers in their account, while a company using Supplios for both direct and indirect suppliers may have 2,000 suppliers in their account. The pricing is based on the tier that matches your number of suppliers.
If you exceed the number of suppliers in your tier, a Supplios team member will reach out to discuss your needs and adjust your pricing accordingly.
3. Module Fees
Each module has a different pricing structure based on the typical use-case and value provided by that module. Some modules have "feature tiers" (Basic, Advanced, Enterprise), while others have usage tiers as well (number of documents managed, etc.).
Refer to the individual module pages for more detail on the pricing structure for each module.
4. Support Plan
Supplios offers multiple levels of support plans to accommodate different company needs.
Each plan includes different levels of support for internal users and suppliers, as well as different response times, timezone coverage, and communication channels.
5. Additional Add-On Features
Supplios offers additional add-on features that can be added to your account for an additional fee. These features include things like custom integrations, custom reporting, and additional training sessions.
Some specific add-ons include:
- Custom Integrations (ERP, BI, etc.)
- API Access
- Data Migration / Data Cleaning
- Custom Reporting
- Additional Training Sessions
