Module Overview

The Supplier Performance & Scorecards module is a fully automated and customizable supplier performance management system, including supplier scorecards, dashboards, and KPI tracking.

It helps teams turn supplier performance data into a repeatable process:

  • Gather the data.
  • Calculate KPIs and scores.
  • Generate reports and supplier scorecards.
  • Deliver results to suppliers and internal teams.
  • Trigger follow-up actions when performance requires attention.

The module can track key supplier metrics such as PPM, OTD, fulfillment rates, price performance, response time, and custom metrics. It can combine data from ERP, other Supplios modules, manual inputs, supplier data, audits, and subjective ratings in one scorecard system.

  • Operations and leadership teams that need KPI visibility across suppliers, plants, categories, or time periods.

Common use cases include monthly or quarterly scorecards, PPM, OTD, fulfillment, price, responsiveness, custom KPIs, improvement plans, quality holds, supplier status changes, escalations, and performance-triggered workflows.

Typical benefit categories include:

  • Less Excel work building scorecards and summary reports.
  • Less manual email work sending scorecards to suppliers.
  • More consistent supplier performance reporting across sites, plants, functions, and categories.
  • Better management visibility into high performers, low performers, trends, and risks.
  • Faster action on low-performing or downward-trending suppliers.
  • Better use of data already tracked in claims, compliance, sourcing, audits, onboarding, and other Supplios modules.
  • Better supplier accountability through tracked improvement plans, acknowledgements, and follow-up tasks.

The module helps move supplier performance management from periodic reporting into a more active system for supplier improvement.

How Implementation Works

  • Customer inputs: Scorecard templates, KPI definitions, weighting rules, scoring thresholds, rating categories, supplier segmentation, historical data, follow-up rules, branding, and ERP/BI requirements.
  • Supplios setup: Configure KPI calculations, scorecard logic, report templates, supplier delivery schedules, dashboards, triggered actions, and historical-data test runs.
  • Typical timeline: Most scorecard systems are 4-8 weeks; complex calculations, plant-specific scorecards, integrations, or custom PDFs may extend the timeline.

Pricing Structure

Supplier Performance starts at EUR 500 / month.

Pricing is tiered based on:

  • Features.
  • Scorecard frequency.
  • Number of suppliers receiving scorecards.
  • Custom KPI calculations.

  • Report generation requirements.
  • Workflow process requirements.

Implementation fees are typically EUR 8,000 - EUR 20,000 per unique scorecard system. Implementation time is typically 4-8 weeks, depending on complexity and custom feature requirements.
